
Mumbai : Mayfair Housing, a leading real estate brand in Mumbai, has announced the appointment of Nitin Nagpal as its Chief Sales & Marketing Officer (CSMO). The leadership role is central to the Group’s focus on strengthening growth, brand stewardship and market responsiveness as it enters its next phase of expansion.
In his role as CSMO, Nagpal will oversee Mayfair Housing’s integrated sales and marketing mandate, aligning business growth with market intelligence and customer expectations. His lead responsibilities will span revenue optimisation, market-led product positioning, pricing and go-to-market strategies, stakeholder engagement and the building of resilient sales ecosystems across the group’s portfolio. The CSMO role is set to guide Mayfair Housing’s ambition of scaling responsibly while reinforcing trust, transparency and long-term value creation for customers and partners.
Backed by over two decades of experience across residential, commercial, retail, hospitality and pre-lease segments, Nagpal brings a blend of strategic leadership and operational depth. His expertise includes P&L ownership, organisational scaling, business expansion planning and stakeholder management. His hands-on expertise in sales, marketing, transactions, leasing, pricing and financial modelling, come with a leadership style rooted in strategic clarity, negotiation, problem-solving and a strong customer- and market-focused approach.
Prior to joining Mayfair Housing, Nagpal was associated with Dosti Realty Ltd., for nearly a decade where he last served as Director – Sales, Marketing and Presales Sourcing. He also played a key role in shaping HDFC’s real estate strategy and transactions, building HDFC Realty Ltd.’s residential and commercial verticals from inception and driving large-scale developments across emerging Indian markets.
Nagpal’s contributions have been recognised by the industry, most notably with the CREDAI MCHI Golden Pillar Award for Marketing Specialist of the Year 2025. He has also played a key role in building strong brand and institutional collaborations, including celebrity associations and education-led partnerships.
