Many projects now use M-Sand, follow responsible debris management and implement restricted work timings to minimise disturbance to nearby communities. We are also seeing a strong shift towards greener construction, with developers embracing IGBC and solar-ready designs, low-carbon materials and sustainable township-level planning that prioritises open spaces and green cover.
