Raj Cooling Systems Pvt. Ltd., one of India’s leading air-cooling solution brands, successfully hosted a dealer meet in Indore in association with its authorized distributor, Reliable Agencies. The event, which was attended by renowned dealers, distributors, and partners from the entire region, was an indication of the company’s strong commitment to channel-based growth and cooperation.
Raj Cooling Systems during the meet presented its entire collection of household and business air coolers and also presented its expanded home appliance range that consists of air conditioners, geysers, and washing machines. The event also opened doors to ordinary talks regarding market expansion, dealer enablement, and partnership development for the long term.
The Indore dealer meet is a single event in the bigger picture of Raj Cooling Systems’ nationwide expansion strategy. The company would, as per the plan, add more than 11,000 dealers and 1,000 distributors by the end of FY 2025–26 and this would be a significant accomplishment in its long-term goal of doubling domestic market coverage and consolidating its position in the changing climate-control segment in India.
The brand already has a two-channel growth strategy and is determined to upgrade the last-mile delivery, improve product availability, and decrease turnaround times, with urban, semi-urban, Tier 2, and Tier 3 markets especially taken into account. The company’s expansion program will cover 27 states and 500 cities while focusing on high-growth and underpenetrated areas like West Bengal, Assam, Jharkhand, Uttarakhand, Jammu & Kashmir, Punjab, Chhattisgarh, and Haryana, where demand for cost-effective and energy-efficient cooling solutions is growing.
Present at the event, Mr. Kalpesh Ramoliya, the Chairman and Managing Director of Raj Cooling Systems, commented, “Our goal is beyond simply increasing our numbers, and it is to establish stronger relationships with the local markets. By enhancing our distribution power, we will not only bring our solutions to the customers but also cut down on the time taken for delivery and thus have faster service. Alongside, we will carry on providing our channel partners with robust support in all areas of logistics, marketing, and after-sales service.”
At present, Raj Cooling Systems has more than 5 thousand dealers and 500 distributors in its network, and it is firmly positioned in the western part of India, covering Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Gujarat. This is a plan to repeat the success in other regions with the help of local inventory control, marketing campaigns focused on the target area, and a specialized system for backend coordination.
With increasing climate challenges driving demand for sustainable and cost-effective cooling solutions across residential and tent-based applications, Raj Cooling Systems’ phased expansion, scheduled for completion by March 31, 2026, positions the brand at the forefront of meeting India’s growing cooling needs.
