Roopa Vohra House of Design, one of the country’s foremost jewellery design labels that is known for presenting classic ideas with a new age twist unveils yet another innovation with the launch of an edgy new calendar titled “Game Changers 2015 “.
This new campaign is in the form of this chic calendar honoring and recognising young achievers: Aaditya Thackeray (young politico), Nishka Lulla (designer), Pooja Dhingra (chef), Tanya Ghavri(celebrity stylist), Ashiesh Shah (acclaimed architect), Rohan Shreshta (photographer), Prachi Mishra (Miss India), Farah Palia (journalist), Anmol Malik (young singer), Malini Agarwal (celebrity blogger), Anjaly Mody (furniture designer).
With this calendar, The Roopa Vohra House of Design introduces an all-new line of semi-precious jewellery titled “The Bohemian” by the young, talented Mitaali Vohra. Though quite different from her mother Roopa, Mitaali continues in her footsteps with this line of baubles that is being seen for the first time in the “Game Changers 2015” Calendar.
The “Game Changers 2015” Calendar and the “Bohemian” label were launched over an evening that brought together young talent, statement jewellery and fine food & wine at Mumbai’s much sought after nightspot “Nido”, on January 17th 2015. Seen present at this Unveiling were the young stars of the calendar: Aditya Thackeray, Ashiesh Shah, Nikhil Thampi, Anmol Mallik, Malini Agarwal, Farah Palia, Nishka Lulla, Pooja Dhingra, Rohan Shreshta and Prachi Mishra.
The evening started with the screening of the “Making Of” film showcasing the behind the scenes excitement and buzz while the GameChangers 2015 calendar was being shot, following by the actual unveiling where each of the young celebrities unveiled their page from the calendar.
Seen celebrating with Roopa & Mitaali Vohra were Rashmi Thackeray, Annu Mallik, Neeta Lulla, Chhaya Momaya, Kunika Singh, Manasvi Mamgai, Reshma & Sulaiman Merchant, Bikram & Schauna Saluja, Yasmin & Aly Morani, Azmina Rahimtoola, Kiran Bawa, Nazneen Bedi, Shweta Pandit etc.
Breaking all traditional barriers, “The Bohemian” expresses a sophisticated modern yet Indian vibe through bold yet intricate designs. Handcrafted in myriad bright colors and stones making for an eclectic fusion with semi-precious stones . Ferozi Blues romance Blushing Fuchsias in a spread of stones and baroque pearls, creating a fun, edgy and yet classic impression. Need some more lines here on the jewellery elements
