Bengaluru : Scaler, India’s leading tech education platform, today announced the appointment of Ratnakar Reddy as its new Head of the B2B business for the India and MENA region. In this role, Ratnakar will lead Scaler’s strategic efforts to empower government, digital natives, and large-scale enterprises in their AI transformation journey, fostering continuous skill development through its industry-validated curriculum and AI-powered learning tools that provide tailored solutions for distinct regional market needs.
Ratnakar Reddy brings over 25 years of extensive experience, having held leadership roles at technology giants including Wipro, Microsoft, IBM, and most recently, Google Cloud. He possesses a deep understanding of how technology has enabled industries and of the strategic adoption of AI, reshaping business operations globally.

Over the next 6–12 months, Ratnakar’s priorities involve strengthening Scaler’s market proposition as the preferred partner for skill development and expanding business coverage by building dedicated teams across India and MENA. He will also focus on crafting specific curricula to address the unique needs of the IT/ITeS industry, the growing requirements of GCCs, and the emerging opportunities within the government sectors.
The Scaler Enterprise team has already done substantial work in the Middle East in 2025. Scaler partnered with ADGM Academy (Abu Dhabi Global Market’s training arm) to support multiple areas, notably delivering specialised skill development programs for local talent. Additionally, Scaler is providing targeted training programs to leading enterprises in the region, including the telecom operator DU. It actively contributes to workforce enablement through projects, including developing a job portal with NAFIS to connect skilled individuals with relevant career opportunities seamlessly. Globally, Scaler is actively expanding its reach while remaining dedicated to addressing India’s pressing AI talent shortage.
