New Delhi : Singapore Nutrition and Dietetics Association (SNDA) is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to making a positive impact in Singapore, has given membership to Dt. Himanshu Rai as a Nutritionist member. Himanshu carries vast experience in the field of Food and Nutrition. He has around 15 years of experience and has worked with prominent international nutrition brands such as GNC, NATURE’S BOUNTY, MET-Rx, PURE PROTEIN, SOLGAR, etc.
SNDA promotes the advancement of nutrition science, bringing about closer cooperation among nutritionists, dietitians and other professionals in allied fields. Over the years, the SNDA has been active in organizing continuing education for the professional enrichment of its members besides improving and updating the practical and theoretical knowledge of dietitians and nutritionists. SNDA has also been actively involved in organizing or supporting professional meetings and seminars since 1984.
Being on a long journey, Dt. Himanshu Rai has gained wise knowledge of the market and how things work in it. He has a massive hold and expertise in national & international conferences and bodybuilding events. He is also an expert in the field of Nutraceuticals. He is a goal-oriented professional with experience in managing diet plans which are scientific, customized, and based on the body’s exact nutritional requirements. Most of the time his diet plans cover a person’s favorite mouth-watering dishes and he does not unnecessarily restrict people to stop their favourite meals and also educates people for better cooking, the right amount of food ingredients and management of portion size.
Keeping in mind the problems associated with the easy consultation process during COVID times, Dt. Himanshu Rai created an online clinic based on modern technology which would help the clients to visit the online clinic through their smartphone, laptop, desktop, or tablet easily where they can talk to experts through video calls, live chats or telephonically and discuss their health concerns to get scientifically validated diet solutions.
