New Delhi : Sterlite Power’s SPV BDTCL (Bhopal Dhule Transmission Company Limited) has been recognized with Gold Category by ROSPA (The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents). The Society focuses on promote and recognizes the best practices towards prevention of accidents and reducing accidental injuries. The BDTCL project involved establishment of four 765 kV Single Circuit and two 400 kV Double Circuit Transmission lines. The project was awarded with silver shield for ‘early completion of Transmission System’. The project has been awarded on a ‘Build, Own, Operate and Maintain’ (BOOM) basis, wherein the transmission lines would be commissioned and the Company would operate and maintain the same for a minimum tenure of 35 years.
