
Bangalore – Sunny Side Up, the independent brand and creative consultancy with offices across Bangalore and Hyderabad, has announced a significant expansion of its leadership team in Bangalore. The appointments mark a major step in the agency’s continued growth strategy and its ambition to build one of India’s most agile and impact-driven creative partners for leading brands.
The agency has onboarded new leaders across business, creative, and design verticals to deepen its integrated capabilities and unlock the next phase of scale.
Tashina A joins as Senior Vice President, mandated to drive new business and lead strategic growth for the agency. She brings extensive experience from Ogilvy, Creativeland Asia, Dentsu Webchutney, and Saatchi, and has worked on marquee brands including Royal Enfeild, iD Fresh Food, Scotch Brite, Cadbury, Budweiser, Fortune Oil, and Raag Gold Oil among others. Her appointment underscores Sunny Side Up’s intent to strengthen its business development engine and expand into new categories.
Shyam Nair joins as Creative Director, with the mandate to spearhead the next chapter of Sunny Side Up’s creative vision. With past stints at FCB, McCann, and Dentsu, Shyam has crafted work for leading brands such as ITC, Maruti Suzuki, Nestle, Coca-Cola, and Honda. His role will focus on elevating the agency’s creative output and shaping a unified, future-ready creative culture.
Farhat Shaukat comes on board as Creative Director – Design, entrusted with building on the agency’s strong design foundation. With experience across Vice Media, The Bold Creative, and 22Feet Tribal Worldwide, Farhat has led design work for brands including Flipkart, Mr Muscle, Pedigree, TTK Prestige, Judge, Whiskas, Neutrogena, and Marriott Bonvoy. Her addition strengthens the agency’s growing design practice that spans identity systems, brand worlds, packaging, and digital design.
Tanya Kapool joins as Director – Client Services, to lead account management and contribute to the agency’s business growth. She has worked with FCB and Schbang and has partnered with brands like Sunfeast Yippee, Sunfeast Marie, Candyman, Budweiser, Seven Rivers, and ITC. Her focus will be on strengthening client relationships and building high-performance account teams.
Aswirbaad Das joins as Associate Creative Director, with the mandate to create category-defining work that inspires. He has previously worked at DDB and MullenLowe and has shaped campaigns for brands such as Nivea, Too Yumm!, Saffola Oils, Bajaj ADHO, and Diageo. Aswirbaad will work closely with the creative leadership to scale the agency’s storytelling and digital-first creative work.
