The TiE50 Awards are among the most respected global recognitions for startups, honoring companies that demonstrate scalable innovation, robust governance, and measurable impact. This year’s edition attracted over 400 applications across sectors and geographies. A distinguished jury of more than 40 global experts evaluated the entries based on scalability, innovation, and financial health. After multiple rounds of live pitches and assessments, only 50 startups were selected for the final list. Each finalist underwent a rigorous three-tier independent audit process that included legal scrutiny by Tempus Law Associates, financial and process audits by Grant Thornton, and market as well as customer validation by Rava.ai. This meticulous evaluation ensures that the TiE50 startups embody the highest standards of innovation, credibility, and governance.
ThunderPlus has emerged as a frontrunner in India’s clean mobility transformation by developing robust, intelligent, and scalable EV charging infrastructure. With more than 250 charging hubs, 1,000 chargers across 60 cities in 16 states, and over 15,000 units of energy dispensed daily, the company’s integrated model encompasses charger manufacturing, EPC, and charge point operations. In partnership with Trinity Cleantech, the company has launched the world’s first ethanol-based 150 kW Rapid Charger-cum-Generator an innovative, grid-independent, biofuel-powered system that can be deployed within 72 hours. Its nationwide “Har Ghar Thunder” initiative aims to democratize EV charging by enabling individuals and small businesses to install and earn from ThunderPlus chargers, thus fostering entrepreneurship-led infrastructure growth.
