Mumbai woke up to a moving stage as Myntra’s GlamStream bus rolled through iconic spots, turning traffic into a spontaneous street party
A Moving Stage on Mumbai Streets
Commuters in South Mumbai were in for a surprise when a bright red GlamStream Bus, decked with speakers and dancers, rolled through the city on Wednesday afternoon. Starting from the Asiatic Library, the bus made stops at Worli Promenade, Bandra (near Mannat Promenade), and Mithibai College, turning each location into a spontaneous performance zone.
Each halt saw dancers jumping off the bus, performing to Himesh Reshammiya’s cult hits. Sporting the singer’s trademark caps, the performers channeled a wave of nostalgia that immediately drew large crowds of curious onlookers.
From Dance to Devotion
What began as a musical flash mob soon took an unexpected turn. Outside Himesh Reshammiya’s Andheri home, a group of fans broke into an aarti, complete with incense sticks and chants of “Himesh Bhai ki Jai.”
The Bus Buzz
The activation was part of Myntra’s promotional campaign for GlamStream Fest 2025, set to take place on November 16 at MMRDA Grounds. The event, known for celebrating fashion, music, and creator culture, promises to bring together artists, influencers, and audiences in one high-energy festival.
