India’s leading full-stack online real estate platform Housing.com has announced the launch of its operations in the city of Vizag, Andhra Pradesh. The move by the REA India-owned online portal comes at a time when residential real estate sales is picking up pace and people are increasingly turning to online platforms to search for the right property.
This move is part of the company’s strategy to expand its business in tier II cities across India. Recently the company announced its expansion into North India’s Tier-II cities of Jaipur, Lucknow and Chandigarh.

The new office of Housing.com is located at Siripuram. The company’s sales & marketing personnel, data experts, etc., will be operating from here and will help it cover a market where there has been a great spike in consumer interest for both builder partners and broker partners because of the increase in demand.
