Vivek Trivedi is a part of CMS IT Services’ leadership team as the Chief Delivery Officer. With an impressive career spanning 28 years, he brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the organization. His illustrious journey includes leadership positions at some of the industry’s most prestigious organizations, including NTT Limited, IBM, Reliance Retail, Tech Mahindra, Stellantis (Fiat) and Hindalco Industries, showcasing his exceptional delivery capabilities across diverse sectors. As a business-focused professional, Vivek possesses extensive experience in overseeing and supporting service engagements across various geographical regions. He has adeptly executed and managed numerous digital transformation initiatives in various different organizations. His leadership extends to Consulting, Program & Portfolio Management (PPM), Service Delivery and Governance within the Digital Framework.
Vivek has played a pivotal role in managing multi-million-dollar strategic services outsourcing endeavors, encompassing complex transitions, negotiations, contracting and its P&L management. Vivek is an alumnus of MNNIT Prayagraj and NTU Singapore and also holds several certifications which includes Project Management Mastery certification (PMM) from SCPD, Stanford University & PMP from PMI (Project Management Institute). Additionally, he is a recognized IBM Certified Project Executive. Vivek’s leadership brings a clear vision and a significant boost to CMS IT Services, guiding the organization’s growth in the right direction.
Vinod Pahlawat is the Chief Growth Officer at CMS IT Services. He brings with him remarkable knowledge and experience of over 32 years. He is known as a detail-oriented leader with in-depth experience in conceptualizing and implementing business strategies that steer the course for organizational growth. He has extensive experience in propelling business expansion in both domestic and global markets. He has steered organizational footprints not just across India but also in the Middle East, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia and New Zealand. Before joining CMS IT Services, Vinod was associated with Motherson Technology Services Ltd (MTSL) as the GEO Head- India, Middle East & Africa.
His leadership journey includes significant positions at esteemed organizations like HCL Technologies, Mphasis Lts, Xerox, among others. A multi-faceted professional, Vinod has a keen eye for detail that has enabled organizations to effectively adapt to the ever-changing market dynamics and achieve profitability even amidst volatile market situations. Above all, he is recognized as a diligent and inspiring people leader who has guided his teams to achieve excellence. At CMS IT Services, Vinod drives the organization’s global business strategy to foster robust organic and inorganic growth. Joydeep Roy Chowdhury is the Chief Operations Officer at CMS IT Services. He brings with him a wealth of experience spanning more than three decades in prestigious organizations across various verticals. Throughout his career, he has excelled in optimizing operations to drive increased efficiency and profitability. Joydeep’s meticulous attention to detail and exceptional leadership abilities have consistently contributed to organizations achieving higher levels of operational excellence. Prior to CMS IT Services, he was associated with Wipro Ltd as the Head of Business Operations. He has also held significant positions, including Senior Vice President at Aegis, Vice President of Governance at Reliance Communication and Vice President at Mphasis Ltd, among others. Proficient in team management and leadership, Joydeep has extensive experience in implementing dynamic ecosystems to align organizational service standards with business excellence.
His extensive geographical business management experience further bolsters his value to CMS IT Services. He possesses comprehensive expertise in various aspects such as business process analysis and design, process re-engineering, process rationalization, cost control, capacity planning and performance measurement. Throughout his career, Joydeep has played pivotal roles in conceptualizing, deploying and overseeing multi-project teams, ensuring the successful implementation of business solutions within predetermined budgets and deadlines. His educational background includes an MBA in Marketing and HRA.
