New Delhi: The Courtyard by Marriott, Gurgaon announced the appointment of Ms. Abha Dwivedi as its new Director of Rooms. In her new role, Abha is responsible for the smooth and efficient running of all operational aspects of the hotel while strategically analyzing business performance. Her most recent assignment was with The Taj Palace, New Delhi as Executive Housekeeper.

Abha Dwivedi brings with her close to 20 years of illustrious experience which encompasses formulating, managing and implementing strategies and services for the Front Office, Housekeeping, and guests in the hospitality and tourism industry. She began her career as a Housekeeper at The Oberoi, New Delhi in 1992 and since then has been recognized and acknowledged for her self-motivated and focused approach in each of her assignments.

With a diploma in housekeeping management from the esteemed Oberoi Centre for Learning and Development, Abha will lead a team of over 120 associates at The Courtyard by Marriott, Gurgaon. Her excellent communication skills in all aspects, professional and appropriate business appearance and presentation will bring success to the organization.
