  • Jet Airways introduces new morning service from Pune to Delhi for seamless connections onto domestic and international destinations

    Mumbai: Jet Airways, India’s premier international airline, is set to introduce an additional Pune – Delhi – Pune daily flight into its winter schedule, effective 30thOct 2011, for the convenience of its guests. The new flight will allow the airline’s guests to connect seamlessly from the cultural capital of Maharashtra through the airline’s operational hub at Terminal 3 in Delhi onto important domestic and key international destinations.

    Jet Airways flight 9W 366 will depart Pune at 0745 hrs and arrive at New Delhi’s Terminal 3 at 0950 hrs providing convenient and seamless same day connections to its guests for their onward travel to international destinations in Europe via Milan and to London, Kathmandu and Bangkok. Jet Airways guests will also be able to seamlessly travel within India to destinations like Dehradun, Jodhpur, Amritsar, Srinagar, Lucknow, Guwahati and Bagdogra.

    Similarly, the incoming flight into Pune 9W 365 will depart Delhi at 0830 hrs and reach Pune at 1035 hrs providing suitable connections to guests coming in from Singapore, Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

    Guests arriving into Delhi from Milan may connect on to Jet Airways Delhi-Pune evening flight 9W2018, departing Delhi at 1355 hrs and arriving into Pune at 1705 hrs. Alternatively, they may connect on to flight 9W363   departing Delhi at 1635 hrs and arriving into Pune at 1835 hrs.

    Sudheer Raghavan, Chief Commercial Officer, Jet Airways said, “Jet Airways has introduced this new daily morning service to the Indian Capital basis feedback received from our guests who wanted a convenient connection to Delhi and other onward destinations. It will be particularly convenient for a host of Indian and Multinational Corporates that now call Pune home and will be able to undertake business related travel to destinations on the airlines vast domestic network. In addition to which the new additional flight will also provide guests seamless and convenient same – day connections through Delhi T3 to key international destinations across Europe, the Middle East and the Far East. We plan to operate a spacious Boeing 737 – 800 / 900 with 16 business class and 138 economy class seats.”

    The new flight would be the third service connecting the cultural capital of Maharashtra with the Indian Capital. Jet Airways also operates flights from Pune to Chennai, Indore, Kolkata, Mumbai, Bangalore and Hyderabad in addition to its daily flights to the Indian capital.
