    The value of any house or home financially increases with certain upgradations termed as Value-added essentials. It might vary as per the community, location, and the strata of society that you hail from. Features might be the same but the quality might differ. For example, A wardrobe is essential fixed furniture of each household. But it’s the cost may vary. From a complete 7×3 ft sized costing 5000 to 1lac depending upon the material and internal accessorization and hardware. So mechanisms make a lot of difference. Thus the increase in value. Similarly, there are many such structural and Conceptual elements and features that add to your property’s value. 

    Here are a few Value-adding features
