Gold falls from two-month high

Sydney: Gold prices fell from a two-month high as US equities rebounded, eroding demand for the precious metal as a store of value. Gold futures for December delivery fell $US2.20, or 0.2 per cent, to settle at $US1248.10 on the Comex in New York. Earlier, the price reached $US1256.60, the highest level since June 28.
