  • South of Vindhyas is hosting ‘The Kerala Food Festival’ with diverse flavors and delicacies dedicated to the God’s own country. The 10 days festival will bring out the best of Kerala culture and tradition. A beautiful flower rangoli, a boat decorated with spices and ‘Samay’, a traditional lamp common during auspicious ceremonies in Kerala will adorn the entrance. The restaurant staffs will be dressed in traditional South Indian attire.

    The Grand feast laboriously crafted under master expertise of Chef Bala and his team includes Ala carte along with three variation of sit down buffet – Vegetarian, Non Vegetarian and Sea Food, authentically served in leaf laced plates.

    Patrons will be floored to a delectable food starting off with Soups like Rasam, Paya and mouth –watering Starters like Urulai Uperi, Parippu Vada, Chembada, Kerala Fish Fry, Koonthal Roast, Kozhi Milagu Fry and many more varieties of Vada. The elaborate main course includes Olan, Avial, Ulli Theyal, Kootu Curry, and Kadala Curry for vegetarians and non-vegetarians can enjoy Kozhi Roast, Mutton Nandan Curry, Adu Ishtu, Keema Masala, and Malabar Chicken Curry. For seafood lovers, chef has special offerings such as Meen Moilee, Meen Peera, Chemmeen Theeyal, Chemeen Mappas and many more which can be go along with different types of breads like Malabari Paratha and Appams.  Those who are rice lovers can have Chemeen Biryani, Ney Choru, and Mapla Chicken Biryani etc.

    The mains were accompanied by freshly prepared desserts that includes Kaya Mukki Porichathu, Pal Ada Pradhamam, Thari Unda and Aravana Payasam, the taste of which will last till the next Kerala Food festival
