Pursuant to the order of Ministry of Communications, Department of Telecommunications, Shri R. M. Agarwal, Director- Marketing, ITI Limitedhas taken additional charge as Chairman & Managing Director of the company w.e.fOctober 1, 2019 following the retirement of Shri K.Alagesan, Director-Production with Additional Charge of CMD.

Shri Rakesh Mohan Agarwal has joined the Board of Directors of the company on June 08, 2016 as Government Nominee Director. He has been appointed as Director (Marketing), ITI Limited and assumed charge on April 27, 2018. He has over 28 years of experience in the field of policy formulation, standardization planning, operation and maintenance of telecom services.

He holds a bachelors degree of engineering in electronics from Madan Mohan Malviya Engineering College, Gorakpur, and a master’s degree in electronics and communications engineering from Universityof Roorkee and a master’s in business administration from Indira Gandhi Open University.
