Gurgaon : Toddlers of iDiscoveri’s XSEED Preschool in Gurgaon put up a gala show to celebrate the Annual Day at the school lawns today. The Annual Day celebration was inaugurated by Ms. Dilafroz Qazi, Nobel Peace Prize nominee and Director SSM College of engineering .Over 300 parents attended the function besides other dignitaries.

iDiscoveri, a social enterprise with a vision of reviving education in India, set up XSEED Preschool in the year 2008 at Gurgaon . XSEED Preschools have been designed keeping in mind how each child can learn best, thus ensuring firm foundation for children. The Preschool marks the beginning of a promise to bring quality education to the lives of children. Currently 150 children are attending the preschool in Gurgaon.

The theme for the function was MAGIC EXPRESS and the kids enthralled the audience by putting up a colourful performance. Speaking on the occasion Ms. Vineeta Mittal, Principal of the XSEED Preschools, Gurgaon said, “The Magic Express takes us on journey through India, to showcase the beauty, culture and diversity of our country through music and dance representation of the different states.” Another innovative attraction of the event was an exhibition put up by the kids on various artifacts made out of reused products.

Mr. Nitin Pandey, Head- XSEED Preschools said, “This is indeed a special moment for us to witness our children perform so confidently. It reiterates our belief that freedom is essential to learning and every child should be allowed to develop at her own pace.”

At present there are 7 XSEED preschools across Chennai, Hyderabad, New Delhi, Bangalore and Calicut.
