Bangalore: Acer recently announced the launch of its refreshed line of thin and light TimelineX series of notebooks in India. Acer India has further expanded its product portfolio with the introduction of its highly touted range of Aspire 5830T and Aspire 5830TG range of notebooks.  As mobility and connectivity have come to play an imperative role in the mobile computing space, Acer has embraced this transformation and has redesigned this product line with a new sleek and stylish form factor which is not only thin and light but is complemented with a long battery life and accompanied with latest technology including new entertainment features such as Dolby Home Theater v4 Audio.

The Aspire 5830T and Aspire 5830TG range of notebook is powered by the latest second-generation Intel® Core™ i5 and i3 processors with Turbo Boost technology that offers excellent multi- tasking experience while running multiple websites, videos and email at the same time. The TimelineX series provides eXtreme performance, convenience and connectivity that savvy consumers across segments such as students, business, gamers and users for entertainment. The new design is similar to the TimelineX look where most users are accustomed to, but some elements have changed in this new form factor. The new colour combination is a stylish amalgamation of blue, silver and black case parts allowing users to enjoy features like one-touch LED indicator informing the battery status and on the other side a convenience design for quick-charging mobile devices via USB when power is off; users can plug-and-charge no matter power is on/off.

The notebook is supported by High-definition audio support with Dolby Theatre v4 Audio that delivers crisp and clear sound through its two built-in 3DSonic Stereo speakers. The notebooks also have HDMI output, so users can conveniently utilize a single cable connection to deliver HD video and audio to an external source. In addition, the notebook is packed with USB 3.0 port for 10X faster data transfer.

The new TimelineX 5830T/TG notebook features HD Widescreen CineCrystal™ LED-backlit display with 16:9 HD True Cinematic View, the displays provide crisp images with visual effects and breathtaking high-definition experience to enjoy movies and entertainment on the move. The Aspire TimelineX notebook has been built in with the latest Nvidia G540M enabling the users to switch between graphics to experience the best of graphics capability.
