Renowned Urdu authors, scholars and poets from across the world will participate in a three-day conference, which aims to form an action plan to promote the language, beginning in New Delhi today. The conference is being organised by the National Council for Promotion of Urdu Language (NCPUL).

The three-day conference ‘Urdu in 21st Century:Development and Prospects’ aims at making an action plan for promoting Urdu at both national as well as international level, the organisers said.
