Assocom Institute of Bakery Technology and Management with campus at Knowledge Park III, Greater Noida , India announced the Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDP) in Artisan Bakery and Patisserie aimed at encouraging and enabling students to consider entrepreneurship as a career choice. With duration of 8 weeks, the programme aims to promote bakery technology entrepreneurship and help the student’s to create and launch new business ventures.

Main  features of these program is  35 intensive practice session in well equipped workshop, under guidance of Master Chef and faculty , Hands-on training on over 50 patisserie and artisan products, including training on methods and development of recipes, Principles of ingredients, testing and quality evaluation, food hygiene and food laws and bakery entrepreneurship. The AIBTM has bakery courses available for 2 years, 1 year, 6 months, 3 months and even weekly programs. Depending on the requirement, the students can take up courses and make a strong career in baking industry. Every course provides indepth knowledge of baking procedures and relative methods of managing a business.
