  • AMEYO facilitates business operations for Surevin

    Gurgaon:  Surevin is a leading provider of e-business solutions and custom applications for companies around the globe. They were in the hunt for a technology that is easily configurable and customizable. AMEYO suited the necessity and enabled them elevate their customer experience.

    Surevin was in search of a call center software that could alleviate the problem of frequent downtime issues. The open source solution that they were using before did not cater to their business needs. It was not scalable enough nor easily customizable.
