LYNNFIELD, MA:Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Commonwealth Real Estate (http://commonmoves.com) today honored Helen (Clancy) Bolino, a sales associate in their Lynnfield office, for achieving the distinguished ranking of their 4^th highest ranked salesperson by volume per MLS PIN for 2019, among 600+ sales associates.

 Bolino has worked in the field of real estate since 1997 when she joined Northrup Associates. Last year Northrup Associates merged with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Commonwealth Real Estate. Bolino has achieved the designation of top sales associate for sales volume within the Lynnfield office for over 20 years.

 Before working in real estate, Bolino was a social worker, and then later an Economic Assistant for the Federal Consumer Price Index (Boston). She says, “Of everything I have done, I love my work in real estate the most.” She also added, “I believe the key to success is customer satisfaction, always working to achieve that goal.” She notes that the market today is very strong, adding, “With inventory so low, this is a seller’s market, so this is a great time to sell property.”

 She and her husband Joseph are residents of Lynnfield; they are parents to a daughter, Joanne, and their son Joseph.
