     Mumbai  – Bizongo, a B2B Platform offering embedded supply chain financing and integrated raw material buying solutions, has upgraded its Parenthood Journey Policy to cover adoption, IVF (In vitro fertilization), and egg freezing leaves, in addition to maternity and paternity leaves. In addition to the leaves, the organisation has also set aside a specific corpus to financially support new parents who choose any of these procedures.

    Traditionally, companies have always offered insurance-based coverage for family planning. In a first, Bizongo has taken a company-led approach to empower its employees, who are taking a step in this direction with flexibility as well as financial support.
