Bengaluru : Bounce Infinity, a Bengaluru-based renowned leader in electric scooters today announced a strategic tie-up with BaaYu, a EV Bike-Taxi initiative by Bikozee Ecotech Pvt. Ltd. in collaboration with Assam State Transport Corporation (ASTC) – India’s first state government initiative of 100% electric and decentralised open mobility application to expand the EV footprint in Assam. This collaboration marks a significant milestone in Bounce Infinity’s mission to enhance the accessibility and efficiency of electric transportation across India.

Through this partnership, Bounce Infinity has already sold over 100 scooters into BaaYu’s fleet. Bounce Infinity will be facilitating the establishment of a private, localized battery-swapping network, exclusively accessible to BaaYu.

This service ensures minimal downtime for maintenance, allowing businesses to operate smoothly without the typical concerns associated with vehicle upkeep. This approach leverages Bounce Infinity’s fleet management expertise for innovative support.

Supported by NITI Aayog’s Shoonya Zero pollution mobility campaign, “Baayu – Clean Air Movement” a PPP venture by Bikozee Ecotech Pvt. Ltd. and Assam State Transport Corporation aims to improve the air quality and public health of Assam by deploying Electric vehicles in transport and logistics sectors and thus implementing decentralized technologies of Beckn protocol to develop digital public infrastructures to be deployed on ONDC (Open Network for Digital Commerce).
