Chetan Rana, the eminent social worker and well-known entrepreneur has received the award for his contribution to society and social work excellence. He is working for the upliftment of the standard of life of the lower strata of people in his locality. His continuous effort has been recognized recently and he has been awarded in the woman empowerment category.

Chetan Rana as a social worker is executing his duty since his childhood. His mother was also a renowned social worker in his home town Bulandshahr. He always idolizes his mother and makes sure that he takes all the possible measures to help others. This learning he got from his mother made it the main motto of his life.

Today, his relentless work has paved the way for this nation-based recognition in form of an award. One of the known organizations in Delhi has announced the name of the winners for social work excellence in different categories like adult service, and child service. Chetan Rana has been awarded for his work in the field of woman empowerment that comes under adult service. On the coming Independence Day, he will be honoured and awarded this prestigious social service recognition along with other stalwarts in this area.

According to Chetan Rana, “I am really grateful to my parents, family, friends and my team. This is only a step to fulfil my dream to make this world a better place to live. I feel it is the blessing of all those people and my parents. Hope this recognition will help more youth of our country to come forward and think of society. I believe a small help can bring a huge change in someone’s life. With this belief, I will stay committed to my journey.”

The news of his award brings immense joy to his team and the people for whom he keeps working. Chetan Rana also said that he will continuously work and plan more activities for the women in the rural and slum areas. He will organize more training camps and workshops to teach those women about different types of handicrafts. He not only helps them to produce different types of items but also connects with the trade fairs and exhibitions to sell those products. He also helps the women to do different types of courses like cooking, beauticians and make-up so that they start earning.
