  • Chocolate Hotels Pvt. Ltd., reports 50% increase in room nights post onboarding STAAH as tech partner

The group, that promotes seven luxury hotels and resorts across the Indian cities of Kolkata, Jaipur, Goa, Ranchi, Mandarmoni and Midnapore, has reported a 50% increase in room nights post deploying the STAAH MAX Channel Manager solution.

    The group was struggling to manage the inventory and rates across its seven properties manually. Problems like failed uploads, slow updates, managing multiple profiles via the extranet of every online travel channel were not only time-consuming but also leading to booking errors detrimental for any property’s reputation.
