  • Clean the air we breathe

    Published on September 19, 2012

An early morning walk is considered to be the best exercise for our health. It gives our lungs and blood a fresh source of air and makes our immune system healthy. The natural pollution-free air in the mist of trees makes you feel fresh and healthy. It is extremely helpful for the with weak immune system as a healthy immune system defends the body from developing potentially harmful diseases and conditions caused by bacterial, parasitic, fungal and viral infections. The studies say we are more exposed to pollution while we are indoors. Hence, the question arises how to “Clean the Air we breathe?”

As we spend a large amount of time indoors, we are exposed to the contaminants throughout the day. On an average an adult take 20,000 breaths a day and the same polluted air is inhaled 30,000 times by our children. Air is the most important substance going into our bloodstream. If the air we breathe is polluted, our Immune System is working continuously to fend those diseases from our body. When we breathe impure air all 24 hours, we make our immunity system also work hard, thus making it weak and thereby decay early. As our body needs rest, our immunity system also needs rest. Our Immunity System can be rested if we breathe contaminant free fresh air at least 8 to 10 hours a day. Polluted and unsafe air can only give poor health and takes away the joy of life.

Breathing poor, recycled, stale and stuffy air can lead to fatigue, drowsiness, scratchy throat, wheezing, running nose which may be an initial signs of allergy or Asthma. The tuberculosis bacteria and several fungal growths are very common in Indoors with carpets, wooden floor, furnishings. In case of a weak immunity system, continuous exposure to these harmful substances may lead to Tuberculosis or any other Acute Respiratory Infections.

Mother Nature has created our ecology system and created positive and negative charged ions to protect each other from all the airborne diseases. The positively and negatively charged ions completely kill the Virus, Bacteria, Mould, Fungus, Pollen dust from the air as well as the surface thus making the environment clean and safe to breathe.

However, apart from these many other factors contribute to air pollution, especially in cities and towns. These include:

    •             Smoking

    •             Exhaust from planes, trains and automobiles

    •             Exhausts from factories, heating units, power plants, incinerators and industry waste

    •             Attrition [things grinding or wearing down]

    •             Combustion and burning of fossil fuel.

Breathing clean air is equally important as eating hygienic food and drinking clean water. We eat thrice, drink water 15 to 20 times, but breathe 20000 times a day. It is evident that air is the most important substance going inside our body from outside. Recent studies say that Mother Nature uses the ions to clean the air in forests. Hence we need the same process to get the forest-fresh air inside our cars, homes and offices. Plasmacluster technology that generates positive and negative ions to kill all the Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) present in the atmosphere. This is now possible using air purifiers that have the plasmacluster ion generating technology. If we can use water purifier for a safe water intake than why not an air purifier for clean air intake? Air purifiers embedded with plasmacluster technology create fresh air by creating positive and negative charged ions to protect each other from all the airborne diseases by killing all harmful substances like pollen dust, allergens, virus, mould, gases and foul smell from the surface as well as from air thus creating a neutral and fresh environment to breathe easy and safe.
