Pune, Maharashtra : Conrad Pune is delighted to announce the appointment of Abhinandan Gooptu as its new Director of Conferences & Events

Abhinandan brings over 16 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry to his new role. Born and raised in Kolkata, India, Abhinandan’s career began with Four Seasons Sydney as an F&B Executive. He has since held various positions in sales and marketing, including roles at ITC Sonar – A Luxury Collection Hotel and ITC Hotels Kolkata.

Most recently, Abhinandan served as Head of MICE at ITC Royal Bengal & ITC Sonar, where he successfully led a team that consistently exceeded revenue targets. His expertise spans corporate sales, sporting events (IPL, ISL, World Cups), MICE events, and weddings. Abhinandan was also part of the pre-opening team for ITC Royal Bengal.

Abhinandan is a passionate and results-oriented leader with a proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams. He is dedicated to exceeding guest expectations and delivering exceptional Conferences & Events experiences.
