Bangalore : CSS Corp, a leading global technology support and consulting company, today announced the appointment of Mr. David Raj as the SVP and chief HR officer. With 23 years of diverse experience in Manufacturing & IT industries, David will be focusing on building innovative human capital strategies globally and providing a cutting-edge high productivity HR processes.

With expertise on various domains, across start-ups, change management, acquisition & merger initiatives, IPO processes, setting up near shore centres as well as managing talent across Europe, US and Asia, David brings to CSS Corp a good mix of in-depth industry knowledge and cross cultural experience including his last stint in London, managing HR & Operations for the European business. Prior to joining CSS Corp, he was working with Virtusa as the Global Head of HR.

He will provide thought leadership in building innovative strategies globally and focus on building an agile client-focused ecosystem through cutting-edge high productivity delivery and quality processes. “I am sure that David will further strengthen and can bring innovative HR practices and platforms that create even more Efficient, Engaged and Energized team” commented Raj Reddy on the occasion.

David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Masters in Social Work from Loyola College, Chennai and is also an avid supporter of organic farming. He has served the companies like Murugappa group, Rane and Polaris on his walk of life.
