The Open Offer for Shares in Fulford (India) Ltd. (“Target”) by Dashtag (“Acquirer”) along with Merck & Co., Inc. (“Person Acting in Concert”) will close on 28th September, 2012.
The Offer Price is Rs.1000 per Share as against CMP of around Rs.943.
