Pune : Winds of Change: Agenda for Researchers is a tiny step to provide a global forum for practitioners, policy makers, academicians, researchers and learners to share their experiences and strategic responses to the changing requirements of global business. Academicians, Researchers, Doctoral candidates, Practitioners and Business leaders are invited to contribute research based thought provoking papers and case studies. Extended abstracts are also acceptable in lieu of full papers. Separate sessions for the doctoral and post graduate students program shall accept the report of their research not exceeding six pages. Outstanding research contribution in each track shall be honored at the valedictory function. Best paper award shall be given for every conference track. The papers shall be accepted under following four themes viz. Finance, HRM, Marketing and Strategy.

The conference shall also involve workshop on latest trends in research methods by Prof. Bharat Bhushan Verma, doctorate from IIM Ahmedabad. Also, there shall be a panel discussion on emerging trends in management paradigm by eminent academicians and renowned industrialists.
