    Sagar Shende, Founder Director of The Juhu Studio has around 15 years of experience in Yoga Training. He has been training the Mumbai Police for the last three and a half years. Here at the 3-dayTJS Fiesta we aim to make your exercise fun and filled with entertainment which will not bore you with tiring fitness programs.” TJS fiesta is set to offer some fun workshops and fitness programs from 17th May, Friday to 19th May 2019, Sunday that are worth checking out on this weekend”. From Yoga to Semi Classical Kathak to Aerobics to Martial Art, Fitness Workshops to Movie Night to Standup Comedy, this fiesta will open a Pandora Box of wellness workshops this grueling summer. Along with this, the fiesta also has stalls like, Handy crafts, Various flavours of Tea stall, Handmade chocolates, Fruit Juices and more.

    Animal Flow: Unleash your inner animal to increase strength, mobility and endurance. Animal Flow is a multi-dimensional body weight movement system that seamlessly combines strength, flexibility and body control with body awareness. Integrating hand balancing inspires ground based movements into vinyasa yoga like flow. Practicing animal flow challenges and trains your brain to expect the unexpected.

    Keto diet workshop: At this workshop, Smita will explain the pros and cons of Keto Diet. The body normally takes around 3-4 days to enter Ketosis depending on the amount of fat in your body. Keto diet ideally needs to flow for atleast 3 months to see visible results in your health. The program includes complete guidance, health analysis, grocery shopping list for what to eat while doing Keto diet, Meal plans and more.

    Mixed Martial Arts: Martial Arts as a total body workout that helps in overall development for of your body like, your stamina, muscle tone, flexibility, balance and strength will improve through Martial Arts. It also increases self confidence which is a great booster, it is great for cardio-vascular health, improves reflexes and focus.

    Kriya Yoga/ Detox Yoga: Kriya Yoga is an ancient meditation technique of energy and breath control.     Aerobics and Functional training: Aerobics is a form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness.
