BRAINTREE and RAYNHAM:DJSA Architecture PC, (www.djsa.com) a full service architectural firm specializing in commercialdesign, was recently chosen to provide an 11,500 square foot tenant improvement for Bay State Physical Therapy, at 703 Granite Street, Braintree.

The property is owned by Messina Enterprises, and the space was designed and built out for their new tenant, Bay State, in the Granite Plaza. Bay State Physical Therapy is using the space to relocate their corporate headquarters, previously in Randolph. Bay State Physical Therapy, established in 1995, has over 60 locations in Mass. and Southern N.H. Their facilities offer comprehensive care for orthopedic and neurological conditions.

The projects consisted of a tenant fit-out of 11,500 square feet to accommodate new office operation. The space is comprised of a mix of perimeter offices, conference rooms and open office space. Part of the design included utilization of large glass wall panels for the perimeter offices, allowing natural light to filter into the interior core of the open office space. DJSA worked with General Contractor Barletta Associates (www.baigc.com).

Dennis Swart, president of DJSA Architecture said, “We were pleased to have worked with Messina Enterprises, Bay State Physical Therapy, and Barletta Associates on this project. The new office space for Bay State looks great and we wish them many years of happiness in their new location.”
