  • Dräger Strengthens Focus on The Safety Market in India with Mission Suraksha

    India – Dräger, an international leader in medical and safety technology, will showcase its safety solutions at the upcoming Occupational Safety & Health (OSH), Bombay Exhibition & Convention Centre, Goregaon, on November 27 and 28, 2014. As the highlight of the participation, Dräger will unveil a uniquely designed truck featuring its state of the art solutions and addressing safety needs across industries. The truck is part of the ‘Mission Suraksha’ initiative that aligns with Dräger’s philosophy of protecting, supporting and saving lives. Dräger in association with the National Safety Council has initiated ‘Mission Suraksha’ to create the awareness for safety across the country.

    The introduction of more recent technologies has led to significant changes in the industrial ecosystem of India, creating the need for robust safety solutions at workplaces. The ‘Dräger truck’ will provide information on

    ·         High‐quality educational content to meet the ever changing needs of the safety professional along with showcasing the latest products and services to market

    ·         Global best practices and solutions to address the modern safety  challenges in workplace and industrial premises

    ·         Live demonstrations on safety solutions and quality products to safeguard industrial workers

    The OSH event also includes a knowledge-sharing session by Reinhold Eisenbarth, Regional Segment Manager, MEA on the importance of Human Factors in Developing Respiratory Protection Systems.

    Dräger partners with OSH India to open up an experience zone for deeper engagement with stakeholders along with Live-Demo Sessions that will take place throughout the entire time-period during the exhibition days at the Dräger booth.

    Speaking on the occasion Nikil Rao, Country Manager, Dräger Medical India Pvt. Ltd. Dräger Safety India Pvt. Ltd. said: “With the rapidly developing industrial infrastructure, there is an increased need of safety towards the industrial workforce from mishaps in the plants.
