The Enforcement Directorate, ED is conducting searches at the premises of former ICICI Bank CEO Chanda Kochhar and Managing Director of the Videocon Group Venugopal Dhoot in ICICI Bank-Videocon loan case.

An official said the raids are being carried out in Mumbai and Aurangabad.

The case is related to alleged corruption in clearing loans worth one thousand 875 crore rupees to the Videocon Group.

Last month, ED had registered a criminal case of money laundering against Kochhar, her husband Deepak, Venugopal Dhoot and others.

In this case, CBI has issued lookout notices last week to ensure that they do not leave the country.
