Founder of Emergency Info Plan, John Pastore, is passionate about bringing awareness to emergency preparedness. He wants others to understand that “safety is simple” and that the Emergency Alert Sticker helps alert first responders to access one’s vital medical information and emergency contacts on iPhones through Apple’s Emergency SOS and Medical ID programs, as well as on Androids through the Emergency Info Plan official Android app.

John Pastore is a senior himself with experience in the inconvenience of the current health emergency system. When Pastore was on a business trip, his wife called 911. Pastore was not with her at the time, and it took 40 minutes for him to be notified of his wife’s emergency. If he was alerted of the situation earlier, he could have done more to help her and she might still be alive today.

After the incident, Pastore decided to bring awareness to emergency preparedness by creating the Emergency Info Plan official Android app and teaching others how to utilize Apple’s Emergency SOS and Medical ID programs.
