    Mumbai: ESI International, the world’s leading project management learning company, will be holding a dinner seminar to help global program mangers develop competencies required for individual, team and organisational performances. The seminar will be held on August 18, 2011 at The Hilton, Mumbai from 7 pm onwards.

    J LeRoy Ward, PMP, PgMP, Executive Vice-President, Product Strategy & Management, ESI International, an internationally known project management expert and public speaker with more than 35 years of expertise in project management, will present tools for project managers to identify risks and opportunities. During his presentation titled ‘Fourteen Competencies of a Global Program Manager, ‘Program Management Complexity: A Competency Model’, LeRoy will identify the six key performance competencies and discuss the eight personal competencies program managers require for success, assess program management competency. LeRoy will also discuss a five-step action plan for implementing the model based on numerous assessments conducted by ESI for organizations both large and small.
