Chennai : The Raintree, St.Mary’s Road at their roof top restaurant Above Sea level, will host Feast from the sea, a unique sea food festival. This festival savours an array of sea food delicacies cooked from the fresh catches of Bay of Bengal from 29th January to 12th February 2016.

Keeping that in mind, Chefs will serve mouth-watering delicacies with perfection to your liking in a variety of styles and cuisines crafted from the Chennai’s coastal catches in this 15 day long fest. Choose from freshly caught shellfish delicacies like lobster, crabs, king prawns or fresh caught fishes such as sea bass, Indian salmon, snapper or the grouper. Relish exotic fishes rarely found like parrot fish, eel, anchovies, mackerel and barracuda. This exotic A la carte menu will be prepared in a variety of methods ranging from grills with your choice of marinade, simmered in lip smacking curries or glazed in tandoor with their signature spices.
