Film Fresh Obtains $2 Million Equity Investment

United States : Online film service Film Fresh Inc. has announced that the company has obtained $2 million in equity investment from a private investment group.
This investment arrives on the heels of the company’s January 6th announcement of its partnership with Sonic Solutions to place Film Fresh stores (powered by RoxioNow) on millions of wireless Blu-Ray and connected TV devices.
“We are expanding our service aggressively, creating Film Fresh stores tailored to a variety of touchpoints, including new consumer electronic and mobile devices,” said Rick Bolton, CEO of Film Fresh. “This funding comes at the perfect time – it will help accelerate the work we are doing in the United States and abroad.”
