In addition to the on-line burner control system feature available in all burners, the ECR burner system also has efficiency analysers and controllers. The ECR Burner online indirect efficiency evaluation (as per BS 845) feature identifies stack loss, enthalpy loss, radiation loss and blowdown loss individually. The data generated by the system can then be used to improve efficiency.

The ECR Burner system is equipped with a user friendly touch screen display to enhance the usability of the system. The system also provides Modbus output, which enables all the boiler data to be displayed and logged on the connected computer using proprietary software.
