  • Mumbai : Fynd has announced Social Doori in continuation of its Save the World initiative to spread awareness about COVID-19 and to encourage social distancing through the game experience.

    The hypercasual game revolves around an Avatar selected by the user to drive the social safety messages to the engaged player. In the game, the Avatar is positioned in a public place and seeks to maintain a safe social distance from others in the area.

    “During the lockdown, our team started experimenting with games to encourage people to stay safe from COVID-19. We think this is an engaging way to share information about the social distancing measures,” says Farooq Adam, Co-founder at Fynd.

    Corona Striker, launched by Fynd in April communicated the COVID-19 disease prevention information to the engaged player. Social Doorilike Corona Striker also intuitively shares the importance of social distancing through the gameplay. The game is Made-in-India and completely ad-free.
