Providing the field-proven S3 on the new GENBAND GENiUS platform enables unprecedented scalability while increasing system flexibility and reliability. In addition, the new GENiUS platform enables additional GENBAND IP solutions, such as call control or traffic and policy management, to use the same chassis as the S3, minimizing footprint and power requirements.

Multiple service providers are currently deploying and realizing the benefits of the S3 SBC on the GENBAND GENiUS platform. Following an extensive competitive evaluation process, WorldSIM selected the GENBAND S3 on GENiUS for their IP Interconnect network. As an international Mobile Virtual Network Enabler (MVNE) offering mobile roaming solutions, WorldSIM required a product with extensive network visibility combined with the ability to scale to meet their aggressive growth forecasts.
