Lucknow – GUVI (an HCL group EdTech company) in partnership with Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), has introduced the University Benchmark Test powered by GUVI’s HyreNet platform. This AI-powered assessment tool is designed to evaluate students’ proficiency in critical areas such as coding fundamentals, career skills, data science, problem-solving, and more. In particular, this will benefit students with skill gaps in tier-2 and tier-3 cities of Uttar Pradesh.
Since December 2023, 100+ colleges out of 700+ AKTU-affiliated colleges have been given access to HyreNet. This has unlocked opportunity for over 10,000 students to utilize the program, showcasing the platform’s effectiveness in reaching and empowering students in underserved regions.
The University Benchmark Test, utilizing HyreNet, provides students with a comprehensive assessment experience, encompassing 120 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and 2 programming challenges. Through this, students can demonstrate their skills across diverse domains, gaining valuable insights into their strengths and areas for growth.
A standout feature of the test is its capability to generate detailed reports for each candidate, offering a holistic view of their performance in various skill categories. Additionally, the platform facilitates the verification and evaluation of students, ensuring a fair and transparent assessment process.
Moreover, the incorporation of a leaderboard system enables students to compare their performance with peers, fostering healthy competition and motivating continuous improvement. The availability of college-level reports further enriches the assessment data, enhancing its utility for academic institutions.
At an event at AKTU University, Lucknow, UP, Ms. Anitha N, COO of GUVI Geek Network Pvt Ltd, encouraged thousands of students to prepare for the University Benchmark Test on ‘HyreNet’. She emphasized the significance of utilizing their skills and knowledge to excel in the evolving job market.
