Bangalore: Bangalore based Start-up, Homz N Space, officially unveiled India’s first online platform that will provide home seekers with real time counseling, information and unbiased views on Homes in India. Founded by two industry experts, Harish Achar Brahmavar and Raghu Valekar who did their MBA in Bangalore and has served multiple real estate industries, Homz N Spaceacts as a virtual consultant by offering buyers’ with comprehensive information about potential homes while providing insightful counsel on the pros and cons of property purchase free of cost.

While there are multiple online review based portals in India there is none that gives real time advice or counseling to buyers while guiding them through the entire journey; from identifying the property, to studying the pros and cons and to finally making the purchase decision. This format was prompted by their first hand experience of hearing constant complaints from home buyers on how they are forced to buy properties which do not suit them and how property advertisements can often be misleading.

The new and upgraded features on the platform provide options for customers to schedule their meetings with the team at Homz N Space at their own convenience. “The customer can discuss with our team in detail about various real estate options available in the industry without having the burden of biased information or forced sales. Furthermore this technology has in fact become very popular among NRIs looking at buying residential properties in Bangalore,” said Raghu Valekar, Co-founder, Homz N Space.

Homz N Space, in a short span of time has already been named as the most preferred partner by leading developers including Puravankara, Divyasree, Hiranandani, Provident and Godrej among others. The platform already has over 580 subscribers with over 7,000 customer queries answered so far. The projects listed on the portal have received nearly 17.9 Lacs views, which have resulted in over 300 closed transactions through Homz N Space, worth over Rs 200 Crore.

Their vision is to create an online platform supported by offline services. The company aims to expand to other metro cities in India and capture the complete advisory market by 2025 including multi-national foot print “Going forward, another objective is to give real time coverage of new projects of the partner builders on the Homz N Space platform, besides launching an exclusive new age digital media for reviews and updates of new property launches,” added Harish.  The company’s fundamentals, sales and revenue figures are extremely robust and it will look at funding from Venture Capitalists soon.
