Horton International has formally announced its entry into India. It has also unveiled its plans to rapidly scale up operations in the Indian market by opening up four more local offices in the next two years in addition to its head office in Mumbai. Horton International made a soft entry into the country in 2009 associating with Zodiaac Executive Search, a leading local search firm owned by Deependra (Dipy) Nigam.  Horton International has now established a formal legal entity, Horton International India Pvt. Ltd., to serve India and the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) countries. Dipy Nigam, Managing Partner, will lead Horton International India.

Dipy is an industry veteran with 20 years experience in executive search and human resources consulting. Prior to starting Zodiaac Executive Search, Dipy was associated with Hay Management Consultants (Haygroup) and MRI / ISearch worldwide. His early experience includes leadership positions at Blow Plast and American Express.
