Mumbai : They have expanded to 8 cities, and a million people. With Housing’s 3 latest additions of Chennai, Ghaziabad and Noida, its operations now cover a wide network in the country. Real estate remains a broken space in India, Housing intends to mend it city by city. As report after report throws numbers of price escalation, real estate cost appreciation, growth estimation and other industry jargon at people, the simple truth is that buying a house is a confusing, unnerving and intimidating process for the common man.

With the view to improve user experience, Housing launched in these 3 new cities to help increasing number of people with their home search process. The addition of Ghaziabad and Noida comes as a boost to Housing’s presence in the NCR constituency. Chennai, on the other hand as another story to tell. Housing’s first venture into the South, the city has earned its place via  yet another poll conducted on Facebook. While about 55,000 people voted, Chennai won hands down with almost half of the voters showing their preference for the city. Almost 22,000 users cast their appeal for Housing coming to Chennai.

We do it for them anyway.  It’s been an amazing journey so far, and we’re really excited. I am sure that Housing will work its magic phenomenally in these three new cities as well.”

As an added bonus for Noida and Ghaziabad, Housing has completed the coveted Housing Lifestyle Feature for the two cities. It is a complex algorithm that takes into account the location, amenities, neighbourhood and connectivity of a house to quantify the overall feeling of living in it. While those from Noida and Ghaziabad gain from the revolutionary feature, it’ll soon be up for grabs in Chennai too.
