New Delhi : ICCS, one of the leading BPM services providers in India, takes pride in announcing the appointment of Rajnish Sharma as its Chief Business Development Officer

ICCS is positioning itself for exponential growth, and for foray into new verticals and geographies. This appointment is a strategic ‘investment’ towards that direction – and will lead ICCS’s push into garnering new business as well as adding new service lines to its portfolio. With 34 years of extensive experience in both domestic and international markets, Mr. Sharma will be in charge of developing new business prospects both in India and abroad.

Rajnish Sharma is a highly driven and seasoned BPM industry veteran with extensive experience in business development. He has 34 years of total experience, 20 of which has been dedicated to the BPM industry. Prior to joining ICCS, he spent the last 15 years with Intelenet Global Services (acquired by Teleperformance around 2018) leading India and global business development efforts. As part of his tenure with Intelenet, Mr. Sharma headed their India market business development from 2012 till 2017; and later contributed to international efforts.

Additionally, he also led key strategic projects such as captive carve-outs, re-badging of client operations, business process re-engineering and customized target operating model creation (for clients) while managing multi-geography engagements. Mr. Sharma also helped set up Intelenet’s Australia portfolio prior to the India BD Head role; and subsequent to the India  assignment, revitalised the EU operations in Poland by getting on board global clients. In the past, he has also worked for EXL Service, Honeywell International, and Taj Group of Hotels.

Speaking on the appointment, Mr. Divij Singhal, CEO and Managing Director ICCS, said, “We are delighted to welcome Mr. Sharma to the ICCS team. With his two decades of vast expertise and experience in the BPM Industry, we intend to accelerate our growth and become a globally competitive, best-in-class BPM organisation.”

On accepting his role as the Chief Business Development Officer, Mr. Sharma said: “I am very excited to take on this role. ICCS is ready to grow leaps and bounds; and I will get an opportunity to contribute to this effort by investing in partnerships with new clients (India and overseas) and help ICCS deliver value to each project that we undertake.”.

This development comes while ICCS is planning to hire over 7000 employees in the next 12 months, expand its delivery footprint to more towns and focus on BFSI, Retail/E Commerce and Healthcare verticals for growth.

ICCS has been in business for more than 18 years and offers a range of solutions in customer interaction and back office services to marquee clients in a wide spectrum of industries.  It is constantly innovating, with the help of its partners and alliances, to offer best in class services to its clients and become their partner of choice.
