IEML Appoints Rajesh Kumar Jain As New Independent Director To Its Board Of Directors

New Delhi: Mr. Rakesh Kumar Sharma (Executive Chairman – IEML) announced today that IEML has appointed Mr. Rajesh Kumar Jain as independent directors to its Board of Directors with effect from December 27, 2021 at 11th Extraordinary General Meeting of the company.
Mr. Rajesh Kumar Jain:
Mr. Jain is Chartered Accountant and Cost & Management Accountant and also holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from St. Xaviers University, Kolkata. He is associated with various organizations like Exmart International, New Delhi, Export Promotion Council for Handicrafts, India, TPF Organization and JITO, New Delhi Chapter.
